The poolside living area is separated only by bamboo blinds that can be rolled up or drawn as desired. The living room, furnished with various types of furniture such as sofas, chairs, ottomans create a comfortable space to lounge in. Guests can enjoy a media lounge on the mezzanine floor, which includes a flat-screen TV, bookshelves and also comfortable plush sofas.
The living room, housed in a traditional alang-alang pavilion, exudes a charming, rustic vibe. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and has an eight-seater dining table in the center of the room for family dinners or a feast with friends. The room is traditionally decorated with plenty of antique furniture, cabinets and other trinkets. The kitchen is equally lovely, with old-world décor, but it has been outfitted with modern amenities to make life easier for guests!
As you enter the villa you are greeted by lush, green gardens filled with tropical plants, trees and flowers. There is plenty of foliage and as you approach the villa, you will notice the sparkling, blue waters of the 15-metre swimming pool. Take a refreshing dip in the pool before relaxing on the rattan daybeds placed on the timber pool deck.
The tropical sun and fresh air will make you feel overwhelmed and at ease with everything! If you want to sunbathe and perform on your tan you have the option of using the sun chairs next to the pool. Villa Shantika offers a cosy space for small groups, even if you’re travelling with children.
