The nearest beach is Talamanca, which is only 7 minutes away; the nearest town is Jesús, which is only 5 minutes away and has supermarkets, banks, and pharmacies, among other amenities; and the bright lights of Ibiza Town and Marina Botafoch are only 10 minutes away.
There is also an outstanding pool area (pool size 15m x 7m) with stunning views of the countryside as well as several landscaped areas surrounded by wonderful mature gardens.
The pool is accompanied by luxurious sun loungers and include a chill-out sofa area where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. There is also a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people, which is ideal for outside dining.
On the first floor of the main house is a beautifully styled lounge with a sofa area that opens up to a large terrace with lovely views of the garden and pool area.
On the ground floor, the large dining room with a table for 6 people is connected to a small TV room (with satellite) with a comfortable sitting area.
The fully equipped kitchen, which includes a small sitting area and fireplace, is also located on the ground floor.
The entire finca has heating, air conditioning, and WiFi as well as an indoor and outdoor sound system. There are two washing machines and two tumble dryers in the laundry room.
The guest house of Finca Traditionale is separate from the main house and has its own entrance. It features an open plan living room with TV, air conditioning, and a breakfast table as well as a small open plan kitchen with gas hob, kettle and a fridge.
