Casa Oleta´s three floors are defined by minimalism and innovation. The open plan living areas are on the ground floor and include a lounge, dining room and high-gloss white kitchen. For a sleek finish, the kitchen area includes a cooking island, high-end built-in appliances with no handles. The living room is surrounded by sliding doors which allow in a lot of extra natural light.

The floating staircase provides access to the upper floors and is the highlight of the minimalistic interior design. The first floor features three suites each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a private terrace with breathtaking views of Talamanca Bay and the island of Formentera. The fourth bedroom, as well as the private gym, are located on the lower ground floor.

Casa Oleta provides several terraces on different levels. The top floor offers a large roof terrace where you can dine al fresco. The swimming pool is on the ground floor surrounded by a terrace and a small garden area.

Bedroom 4 Lower Ground Floor - King size bed or two single beds, air conditioning, TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. (*Pool plant room is accessed via this bedroom, a low humming noise may be heard from the pool plant room)
