CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that, by making a binding booking you block the requested travel period exclusively for yourself. This means that in the event of cancellation, we run the risk of not being able to resell the booked travel period. For the owner, this means a significant loss of planned income.

For this reason, the 50% deposit for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival is non-refundable. For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking costs. If you suspect a risk or are not sure whether you can start your trip, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, for example from our insurance partner Hanse Merkur.
