The outdoor stairs at the back of the property lead to the 4th level where the Chiringuito-style rooftop bar creates that unrivaled Ibiza beach club feeling. It's the perfect place to hang out with friends and family by the pool, cook delicious meals in the open-air kitchen and BBQ or just relax in the chill-out corner or on the sun loungers. This level also has an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy an unforgettable meal against a breathtaking Mediterranean sunset!

Several entertainment and sport platforms await you higher up the hillside, including large chill-out areas, a 50m2 outdoor fitness and workout area, and a massive 160m2 yoga platform with breathtaking views of the island of Formentera.

There are 5 parking spaces available through the private gate. There is a fitness room with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace on this level.

The second level provides access to the villa and includes four charming bedrooms as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The third level is divided into three areas: a spacious outdoor terrace with a generous chill-out area and a large table that allows all guests to enjoy an additional dining area while taking in the views through the typical Ibizan arches.

The terrace of Villa The Sweet Escape flows seamlessly into the spacious modern kitchen area which is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your culinary adventures. It has a large kitchen island and superb built-in cupboards made from 200-year-old Canadian Barnwood.

The masterful lounge area is tucked away with a large TV, a fireplace and a trompe l'eoil window view to the valley below. On this level you will find also the master bedroom.

The Villa Sweet Escape features a Sonos sound system with B&W speakers inside and out, a Lutron home automation system (including remote controlled curtains and interior closet lights), integrated air conditioning, alarm, cameras, safes, and, of course, WiFi.
