Set high in the exclusive Mont Port area, the villa opens up to a remarkable panorama over Port d’Andratx, the surrounding coastline, the Tramuntana mountains, and the bay of Palma. The house is privately owned and arranged over two floors, with a bright and airy feel throughout. Large panoramic windows bring in the light and keep the views present from morning to evening. The living areas are open and inviting, with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen that makes everyday living easy. From here, you step straight out onto the dining terrace, where an outdoor kitchen corner, barbecue, and dining table make long lunches and sunset dinners feel especially effortless.

Mirador Port Andratx sleeps up to six guests across three beautifully furnished double bedrooms, all on the first floor. The master suite includes a king size bed that can be split into singles, an en suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, and a private balcony with sea views. The two further bedrooms are equally bright and comfortable, both with king size beds that can also be arranged as singles, and both with lovely open views.

Outside, the atmosphere is calm, private, and distinctly Mediterranean. Mature planting surrounds the villa and gives it a real sense of seclusion, while the terraces make the most of the scenery at every angle. The heated salt water pool is especially appealing for stays outside peak summer, and the sauna adds another thoughtful touch for slower mornings or relaxed evenings at home.

Port d’Andratx is only a short drive away, with its marina, waterfront restaurants, and elegant village atmosphere. Cala Llamp and Gran Folies are also close by, making the villa a strong choice for couples, families, or friends who want privacy, comfort, and one of the most memorable views in the area.
