The villa is ideally located to catch a ferryboat from the mooring near the beach that will take you to a sightseeing trip and even into Palma!

Villa Eol is a properly maintained and an extremely spacious villa with over 700 square meters on a plot of 2.200 square meters. The living and dining rooms are spacious and comfortable with wonderful sea views and ideal for relaxing or socializing with friends and family.

The Villa Eol has a variety of terraces with views of the warm Mediterranean Sea including a BBQ terrace with a solid teak table and a chill out area under the porch to enjoy the warm summer nights.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that, by making a binding booking you block the requested travel period exclusively for yourself. This means that in the event of cancellation, we run the risk of not being able to resell the booked travel period. For the owner, this means a significant loss of planned income.

For this reason, the 50% deposit for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival is non-refundable. For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking costs. If you suspect a risk or are not sure whether you can start your trip, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, for example from our insurance partner Hanse Merkur.
