Villa Esencia sits in the sought after area of La Font, just outside Pollensa, where the Tramuntana mountains rise behind the house and the coast is only a short drive away. Inside, the villa is bright, spacious, and designed with family living in mind. The kitchen is well equipped for longer stays, and the adjoining utility room adds extra practicality with its separate sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, and large American style fridge freezer. There is also a private snug and playroom that gives children and adults their own space to switch off, watch a film, or settle in with board games and books.

The outdoor areas are a real highlight. The 15 metre salt water pool sits in the rear garden and can be heated at an extra cost, making it a strong choice beyond the hottest summer months. Around the garden, tropical planting, a Balinese day bed, hammock areas, lawns, and shaded terraces create an easy rhythm for long days outside. It is the kind of setup that works beautifully for slow breakfasts, afternoons by the pool, and relaxed dinners outdoors as the sun drops behind the mountains.

Villa Esencia sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms, all with their own bathroom.
