Villa Julieta

Villa Julieta is set in the quiet village of Cas Català, just a short drive from Palma, yet wonderfully calm and private. Recently renovated throughout, the villa combines bright contemporary interiors with generous outdoor spaces and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. From the terraces, the views stretch across the Bay of Palma, towards Santa Ponsa, and on clear days all the way to Cabrera.

The house sleeps up to twelve guests across six bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, including two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one of them with a separate bathtub, and a third room with a sofa bed, TV, and adjoining bathroom that works especially well for a nanny or flexible guest accommodation. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and direct access to the terrace. The master suite includes a freestanding bathtub, a lounge area with sofa and TV, a workstation, and beautiful open views.

Most of the villa’s living space is centred around the generous open plan main floor, where the living room, dining area, and modern kitchen come together in one bright and inviting space. The kitchen features a cooking island, quality appliances, and a wine cooler, while large sliding doors open directly onto the middle terrace. Throughout the villa, thoughtful details such as underfloor heating, a fireplace, and comfortable workstations make it feel equally suited to summer holidays and cooler season stays.

Outside, Villa Julieta is designed for long, easy days in the sun. The heated pool measures 8 by 4 metres and is framed by sun loungers, terraces, and several quiet corners to sit back and unwind. The covered terrace includes an outdoor kitchen, a dining area, and an outdoor bathroom with shower, making al fresco living especially easy. At the top of the house, the roof terrace offers another standout feature, with loungers, a chill out corner, a Hollywood swing, and an outdoor shower with jacuzzi, all paired with sweeping island views.

The villa is also well placed for exploring this part of Mallorca. Hidden coves, Cala Mayor, and Playa de Illetes are all nearby, while restaurants, shops, and leisure activities can be reached within minutes. Golf at Bendinat, padel, water sports, and the energy of Palma are all close at hand, making Villa Julieta a strong choice for guests who want both privacy and variety during their stay.
