Villa Nerea sits high above Port d’Andratx in one of the area’s most sought after locations, with open views across the port, the coastline, and the island of Dragonera. The setting feels private and calm, yet the restaurants, boutiques, and marina of Port d’Andratx are close by, making it easy to enjoy both the quiet of the villa and the atmosphere of one of Mallorca’s most exclusive coastal towns.

Beautifully refurbished, the villa has been designed with a light and elegant feel throughout. Pale tones, high quality furnishings, and large windows keep the spaces bright and relaxed, while the sea remains a constant presence from the main living areas. The indoor spaces flow naturally towards the terraces, creating an easy rhythm between mornings outside, long lunches in the shade, and evenings spent watching the sunset over the water.

Villa Nerea sleeps up to twelve guests across six bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. The main house includes a generous principal suite with living area, TV, sea views, private terrace, and a bathroom with walk in shower and bath. The remaining bedrooms are equally comfortable and well appointed, including two separately accessed guest rooms that offer a little extra privacy for guests travelling together.

The outdoor areas are one of the villa’s real highlights. The 72 square metre salt water pool looks out over the bay and is paired with sun loungers, terraces, and a jacuzzi, creating a setting that feels both scenic and wonderfully relaxed. Several terraces wrap around the house, with quiet corners for reading, outdoor dining, and simply taking in the view. On warm evenings, the sunsets here are especially memorable.

For stays focused on both relaxation and wellbeing, the villa also includes a sauna and gym, as well as practical touches such as pool heating from April to October, daily maid service except Sundays, and an electric car charging station. Whether the plan is a laid back week by the pool, days exploring the southwest coast, or time spent between the port, nearby golf, and beautiful beaches such as St Elm, Villa Nerea offers a polished and very comfortable base in Mallorca.
