TOM BENZON, the premium provider for affordable luxury boutique travel, is looking for creative and experienced content editors to join our online team.
In this position, you will play a key role in designing and maintaining our website, which showcases an exclusive selection of exceptional boutique villas worldwide.
Your tasks:
Writing, editing and updating engaging, informative and SEO-optimized content for our website
Working with our marketing team to develop innovative ideas for content strategies
Ensuring that all content meets TOM BENZON standards and reflects the philosophy and corporate identity of our brand
Researching new trends and developments in luxury travel and accommodation
Your profile:
Experience in writing strong content in the travel / luxury travel / lifestyle / hospitality sector
Creativity, precision and attention to detail
Affinity for luxury travel and understanding of the needs of discerning travelers
Team spirit and the ability to work effectively and independently in a global environment
Good knowledge of SEO and online content management would be an advantage.

Concierge Service and Event Manager
TOM BENZON, the premium provider for affordable luxury boutique travel, is looking for people with concierge service and event management experience to support us both remotely and on-site in our main destination Ibiza.
Your tasks:
Coordination and management of all guest requirements before, during and after their stay in our exclusive boutique villas, with the help of our professional pool of service providers
Organization (screening/request/booking/billing/quality management) of individual concierge services, consisting of an A-Z portfolio from simple restaurant reservations to private full service events
Ensuring a smooth process for our guests with the highest standards
Continuous optimization of our service processes, expansion of our service provider and product pool, guaranteeing the TOM BENZON 5* service promise
Your profile:
Experience in service, event and/or concierge management in the premium / luxury hotel sector or comparable industries
Excellent communication skills in German and English. Spanish and other languages would be an advantage
Organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Passion for first class customer service and attention to detail
Team spirit and a willingness to contribute to the positive development of our brand
