Welcome to the timeless elegance of one of Marrakech's oldest and most authentically restored houses, showcasing elements dating back to the 17th century.

Outdoors, guests are welcomed by a patio adorned with arched galleries, arcades and lounge areas, revealing a central fountain. The summer lounge preserves the original charm with its intricately adorned ceilings, doors, and carved elements, harking back to the rich heritage of this traditional house.

Indoors, a Moroccan-style living room with soft ambient lighting and plush sofas awaits. Each of the 6 opulent bedrooms offers the privacy of en-suite facilities, complete with a shower room or bathtub.

Ascending to the expansive rooftop terrace, spanning multiple levels, you can savour traditional meals beneath the shelter of a tent, immersed in a captivating ambiance. From the vantage point of the Qadi tower, situated at the height of the minarets, you can marvel at the panoramic views of Marrakech's central districts, hear the lively sounds of the neighboring souks and catch glimpses of the ethereal smoke rising from the iconic Jemaa el-Fna square.

To enhance your relaxation, Riad Knizou also boasts a rejuvenating hammam, inviting you to indulge in moments of pampering. Treatments are available upon request and at an extra charge, just as the optional lunches and dinners. A typical breakfast with fresh and seasonal produce is always included and served in the courtyard or on the rooftop terrace. Moroccan tea, water and homemade cakes are prepared and served every afternoon.

At an additional cost, guest can book the activities such as a tour of the medina with a local guide, one-day trips to the coast, the Atlas Mountains or the Agafay Desert, and dinners with local entertainment such as traditional musicians and belly dancers.
