Close to the house and along the seaward edge, bleached wood decks span the width, surrounded with soft daybeds and stylish sun loungers. The deck releases to the westward edge where wooden bench seating is sunk into the rock, providing an idyllic spot to watch the sun set into at the end of a perfect Ibizan day.

Follow the deck around the perimeter of the plot to find peaceful chill-out spots with views of the blue Balearic sea. A wooden roof hosts an outside dining space with eighteen seats on an upper terrace with stunning sea views.

A rustic residence near the beach houses a second al-fresco dining table with seating for sixteen, a pizza oven and a BBQ.

Villa Cocoa Paradise itself is a low angular building with white rendered walls that sink into the cliffside and massive sliding glass doors that maximize the impact of the ocean views. Inside, washed linens and driftwood-colored furniture interact with glossy tiles and walls in earthy gold and black natural stone tones.

The open-plan living space includes a formal dining room with seating for sixteen, a lounge with soft sofa seating, a home cinema with digital projector and a winter fireplace as well as a sleek kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The private spa facilities are tucked away along the wooden deck. These amenities include a steam room, massage tables and a smart gym.

A large games room offers a variety of entertainment options, including ping pong, pool and table football and furthermore vintage arcade machines.

The cool, laid-back aesthetic of washed-out colors and earthy stone is carried through the six picturesque bedrooms. Guest accommodations are adaptable enough to accommodate groups of couples or families.
