Villa Gens

The villa's kitchen is its beating heart. It is intended to entertain and nourish large groups or families. On one side, windows slide away to reveal beautiful distant farm views, while on the other, the indoor and outdoor dining patio lead out to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, beautifully maintained gardens and lawn, pool, tennis court, and pavilion.

The adjacent large chef's kitchen/pantry features a second dishwasher, second oven, two refrigerators, a tall freezer and a tall wine fridge. Making it perfect for catering.

The ground floor stone tower entrance with a circular home theatre / living room is accessible through the kitchen area. This round room was created with one intention in mind: comfort. It has a cathedral ceiling, a home theater and also a large fireplace.

Villa Gens offers a large covered summer lounge room with a giant U-shaped sofa facing the gorgeous view as the center of the house. The annex building, which contains a bar and lounge area is connected to the summer lounge. The bar is equipped with an ice maker and a professional drinks fridge.

The high-end Loxone Domotic system manages music in 10 audio zones, climate air conditioning and underfloor heating in every room of the house, lighting, centralised alarm, and front gate access via an app on your phone or iPad.

Villa Gens provides 6 full-time dedicated staff to cater to all of your needs, from meals to housekeeping and errands. The villa will be fully stocked with food and drinks, which will be charged at cost. 

A de-calcification water softening system treats all taps and showers, and there is an osmosis system for drinking water and the ice makers.

Bedroom 2 Externally Accessed - Located on the top floor of the tower with a fairytale view, king size bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, mini fridge.

Bedroom 3 Externally Accessed - Large room overlooking the pool, king size bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, mini fridge.

Bedroom 4 Main House - Large room with king size bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with oversized bath and shower.

Bedroom 5 Main House - Externally accessed large room with double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, opens onto the summer living room courtyard.

Bedroom 6 Main House - King size bed, air conditioning, shared bathroom, access to outdoor tropical garden showers/bath.
