At dusk, enjoy a meal with friends under the stars under the shelter of the contemporary-styled pergola or watch the sunset over the surrounding pine forests from the comfort of the terrace's sofa seating.

The interior spaces of Villa La Colina are also designed to take advantage of the breathtaking sea views. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in all bedrooms and in the open the living area onto the sun terrace, letting in light and exposing the stunning sea views.

The interior living spaces, designed by Bruno Erpicum, have a dreamy feel, with plush velvets contrasting with glass and high-gloss, all in soft grey tones. The kitchen, formal dining room, and lounge areas merge across the width of the property into one stylish open-plan living space with views across the pool terrace to the sea.

Other places to socialize and relax include a cozy cinema room, a large games and entertainment room, and a light-filled gym. Staff/nannies can also stay at this house.
