Villa La Preciosa

From the saltwater swimming pool, the sunny poolside loungers or the shaded terrace with alfresco dining area, Villa La Preciosa has plenty of places to unwind and take in the scenery and enjoy a relaxed time.

Outside on the terrace the villa features a barbeque and summer kitchen for warm summer nights with family or friends. Alternatively, climb the sunny steps between fragrant lavender to an upper terrace near the main living area. There is another alfresco dining area with 12 seats, relaxed lounge seating, and even more stunning views of the sparkling sea.

Inside, the living area has a clean, pared-back style that doesn't skimp on high-tech luxuries. The sunny terrace and dining area open directly onto the interior lounge space, which features generous pale sofas with sea views. This area is open to the well-equipped kitchen, which is finished in pale, neutral wood with cool marble worktops.

Villa La Preciosa offers even more lounge space downstairs that opens onto the pool terrace. A comfortable den with a home cinema system can be found here. There's also a small gym.

The cool white walls, polished floors, and simple style are carried through the six spacious bedrooms, all of which are en-suite and feature king-size beds. The master suite has private access to a lovely sun terrace with loungers and views of the sea and countryside. In fact, all but one of the bedrooms have spectacular sea views.

Villa La Preciosa is a fantastic villa with stunning sea views, perfectly located for exploring the delights of Ibiza Town, which is only a ten-minute drive away. Playa Talamanca's golden sandy beach is even closer.

Please keep in mind that this is a quiet residential neighborhood with a zero-tolerance noise and loud music policy between 11 p.m. and 10 a.m.

Bedroom 4: 1 King size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, safe, AC, Sonos sound system, outdoor access to terrace, sea view.

Bedroom 5: 1 King size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, wardrobe, safe, Sonos sound system, outdoor access to terrace, sea view.

Master Suite 2: 1 King size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, walk-in wardrobe, safe, Sonos sound system, outdoor access to private terrace, 2 sun beds and umbrella, countryside and sea views.
